We proudly ship all orders with DHL to ensure fast, reliable, and secure delivery worldwide. Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1–3 business days. Each Wayuu bag is carefully packaged to maintain its shape and preserve the handmade details.
Delivery typically takes 4–10 business days depending on your location. Once shipped, you’ll receive a DHL tracking number so you can monitor your package in real time.
All items are shipped from Colombia, directly supporting Wayuu artisans. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs fees or import duties. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our Wayuu bags, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is crafted with care by Indigenous artisans, and slight variations in color, size, or design are part of the uniqueness of each bag.
We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully before placing an order. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to assist.
